Are you outgoing, organised, and love talking to people? Bicycle Fiji is looking for a female Sales Assistant to help with bookings, assist customers, and support our small, friendly team. Whether you're into bikes or just enjoy helping others, this is a great opportunity to be part of something active and exciting.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in person and online
- Manage tour bookings, rentals, and customer inquiries
- Handle basic sales, record keeping, and follow-up
- Keep the shop tidy and ensure bikes are ready for hire
- Assist with social media posts or marketing tasks
Must Have
- Friendly and confident communication style
- Good spoken and written English
- Completed Year 12 or Year 13
- Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and a smartphone
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
Nice to have
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Interest in bikes or outdoor activities
- Social media or content creation skills
- Basic understanding of bicycle parts or repairs (we can train you!)
