This free 2-hour class is designed especially for women who are learning to ride a bike for the first time — or starting again after many years.
Led by experienced, friendly female instructors, this is the first of a three-part series that will help you build confidence and skills at your own pace.
No traffic, no pressure. Our training area is completely away from roads, giving you the freedom to focus on learning without distractions. From balancing and pedalling to stopping and steering, we’ll guide you through the basics in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
